Courses and Training

This course meets online for an hour and a half, one evening per week, for four weeks. In the meetings, we dive deep into relevant jobs and professional trajectories in the following sectors and industries: government, think tanks, NGOs and advocacy, tech, law, journalism, management consulting, professional services, research, political risk and analysis, and finance.

We examine leading companies in each industry and identify jobs that specifically seek applicants with backgrounds or experience in International Relations/Political Science. We review the transferable skills required for these roles and opportunities to develop additional skills and certifications. Then, we track professional progression from the internship/entry-level, to junior, mid-level, and senior roles. That way, you’ll be able to plan potential career trajectories.
